Eligibility for Alabama Program that Insures Kids to Expand

In just three months, thousands of additional Alabama children will have greater access to health care. Though it wasn't in the budget that Gov. Bob Riley recommended earlier this year, the state Legislature was able to pass a budget that included an expansion of the state children's health insurance program.
