As part of their continued effort to share information and encourage dialogue about the Medicaid/CHIP Eligibility and Enrollment NPRM, CMS created a section-by-section summary of the proposed rule for review and to use as a guide to the larger document.  This should be helpful to states as they continue to work in preparation for 2014.
